The plot in Berlin Pankow is accessible by foot via a gateway located on the street corner of Tschaikowskistraße and Stille Straße.
A spacious staircase reaches a stone plateau 50 cm above street level and covers the entire area.
An open water basin connects the stone plateau with the communal garden. Here residents are invited to relax.
The garden encloses the residential complex, consisting of three buildings, two three-storey urban villas (House A and B) as well as a four-storey apartment building (House C). Each building contains six apartment units. Four duplex apartments are planned on the urban villas two top floors.
There is a tennis court between the apartment building and urban villas which manages the transition between common public areas on the ground floor of the apartment building and the residential urban villas. Through forming a distinctive roofscape on all buildings, a consistent overall architectural impression is achieved.
