Community Center of St. Ludwig
The existing community center St. Ludwig is located in the interior block area between Ludwigkirchplatz and Düsseldorferstraße.
The complex was constructed in 1962 as a reinforced concrete frame with masonry brick filling.
In addition to the refurbishment of significant moisture damage in the basement due to high groundwater levels, a complete renovation and modernization is planned for the 50 year old building. In this context, a new entrance building will be designed with a wheelchair lift.
