Option 1: 4-star hotel

The U -shaped structure of the four-story hotel with penthouse level is accessed from the west on Horstweg by an entrance courtyard with driveway .
The planned terraced garden elevation successfully integrates the existing areas at the rear of the property.
The necessary parking spaces are housed in the basement as well as in outdoor areas.

Option 2: Senior Residence + Housing (orientation East – West)

The 5-story senior’s residence with attached parking garage is located on Hortsweg and has approximately 90 single rooms. The ground floor commercial areas contain doctors’ offices and a pharmacy.
Three 5-storey residences are arranged with a total of 27 apartments at the rear of the property.
Twelve 3-floor townhouses with attached private gardens provide a transition to the eastern small garden area of the property.

Option 3: Senior Residence + Housing (orientation North – South)

The 5-story seniors residence with attached parking garage is located on Horstweg and has approximately 90 single rooms. The ground floor commercial areas contain doctors’ offices and a pharmacy.
Three rows of 5-story houses and 3-story townhouses with private gardens are located at the rear area of the property.

Option 4: Business + Living

A 3-story commercial building with attached parking garage is located on Horstweg and a large retail space can be accomodated here.
The commercial space is flanked to the north and south by 5-story buildings (commercial and office use on the ground floor and residential use on the upper floors).
The rear area of the property includes three rows with residential development that decrease in height towards the east.
Three story terraced houses with private gardens form a structural transition to the eastern small garden area of the property.
