Expansion of high-end office and commercial space
The expansion of high-end office and commercial space at the office building on Leipziger Platz 1- 3 was carried out under stringent design and quality standards.
This required a very close and constructive cooperation with the planning architects Müller-Reimann.
The tenant areas were prepared for prestigious law firms, a bank, real estate service providers, airlines, the Commercial Section of the Polish Embassy as well as the Cultural Institute of the South Korean Embassy .
Some renovations required partial structural changes to connect multiple floor levels and some areas such as meeting rooms, were developed according to high technical and sound protection requirements.
Due to the tight completion deadlines, a high degree of coordination was necessary, especially to manage noisy work during operating hours.
Great attention was given to the execution of the works to a high standard.
The individual office and commercial extensions were completed on schedule and within the given budgets.
